​​Children
​
To book a child please book as you would for an adult and press 'Book Now'. This will take you to 'Optional Extras' where you can book children in. Here, you can also book your breakfast, if you wish.
Please note, you cannot book children into a room where there is two adults. In this case, a further room would need to be booked.

Payment​

Most credit and debit cards are accepted. If your card is not, please contact us on 01777706447. We can take payment over the phone and answer any questions you may have. Thank you.

Cancellations
Rooms may be cancelled within four hours of booking only. Thereafter they will be non-refundable.
​
No Show Policy
Guests who do not show up for their booking on their first night will be charged the total price of their reservation and the booking will be cancelled.

Late Book-In Fee
Our check-in times are 12 pm to 8 pm, everyday (times may change over bank holidays and the Christmas period). Guests arriving later than this will be refused entry with no refund. Please contact us by telephone if you are going to be late to avoid this.
This fee will only be waived in the most exceptional of circumstances.​
