Single rooms with shared bathroom £50
Twin room with shared bathroom £55 for one person, £80 for two persons
Double and twin en-suites £55 for one person, £80 for two persons
Deluxe Double Room £55 for one person, £80 for two persons
Children up to 16 £10 per child
Persons 16 -17 £15 per child
Full English Breakfast £8 per person

Discounts
For stays of 4 days or more, there is a 10% discount of the total amount. If you are booking for more than 4 nights you must contact us directly so that we may take payment. This price does not include Full English breakfasts.
Payment
All rooms must be paid for in full on day of booking. You may pay directly on our website or by telephone, calling 01777706447. Please also leave a telephone number and email address. Your booking may be refused otherwise.
Cancellations
Rooms may be cancelled within four hours of booking only. Thereafter they will be non-refundable.
No Show Policy
Guests who do not show up for their booking on their first night will be charged the total price of their reservation and the booking will be cancelled. This also applies when booking for several nights.
Late Book-In Fee
Our check-in times are 12 pm to 8 pm. Guests must ensure that they have arrived by this time. If guests arrive later than 8 pm there will be a charge of £50 as a late book-in fee. Guests arrivng later than 9 pm will be refused entry with no refund. Please contact us by telephone if you are going to be late to avoid this.
This fee will only be waived in the most exceptional of circumstances.
Please Note: The price of your room is a room only price with an option to have breakfast with us from £8 per person, per morning. However, we are having our dining room refurbished from Tuesday 20th February and as such there will unfortunately be no breakfasts of any description from this date. We expect works to take around 10 days but could be longer. We apologise for any convenience caused during this time.
